What we can work on
Start with what's bothering you.
Most people come in with one of these. Many come in with two or three. That’s normal, and we’ll sort out where to begin.
Metabolic health
Blood sugar, steady energy and weight changes.
Gut health
IBS, bloating, reflux, SIBO and digestion that won’t settle.
Hormones + stress
Women’s and hormonal health, fertility and stress physiology.
Eating with ease
A calmer relationship with food, intuitive eating and nervous system support.
Testing when it helps: food sensitivity, gut microbiome and hormone panels.
How it works
One step at a time, in the right order.
1
We start by listening.
Your first visit is about your history, your days and what you’ve already tried.
2
We test what matters.
When it helps, we use targeted testing. Not every test at once.
3
We build in phases.
A short list of changes, in the right order, adjusted at each follow-up.
